Welcome Lynden Christian to the BTO family.
Introducing… Stacey Martin, Lynden Christian BTO Mentor Coordinator
….Stacey lives in Lynden with her husband, Jacob, and two kids, Lola (5), Everett (2), and their energetic pup, Harper! In 2013, she graduated from Western Washington University with a BS in Community Health and minor in Sociology. After volunteering as a mentor through Lynden High School’s Be The One program she jumped at the opportunity to get involved with the new program at LCHS. Stacey is excited to network with the staff and families at Lynden Christian, and with members of our community to help foster positive mentoring relationships!
Mentors and Donors wanted!
Mentor Coordinator positions exist because we as a community fund them. Your donations fuel meaningful relationships for students in your community.

At Be The One, we understand the many unique challenges our youth face today. Through mentorship, students are connected with an adult that matches their interests and personality. For one hour a week students meet with their mentor at school in a safe and positive environment. Be The One removes the financial burden of the program from the school by raising community support to fund a full time Mentor Coordinator position who is an employee of the school. Be The One also helps by attracting mentors and training them to effectively connect with students.
